We use our own first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. When you visit a page, we record: the page path on this site, the website you arrived from (its domain only, never the full address), any marketing campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and the date and time of the visit.
On our four service landing pages, we also record approximate active viewing time, the furthest scroll position, and counts of selected interactions such as booking-button clicks, opened FAQs, callback submissions and completed bookings. Active time excludes hidden tabs and pauses after 60 seconds without activity. We do not record keystrokes, form contents, screen recordings, or every click inside the embedded calendar. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable our first-party tracking.
To compare ad performance, these anonymous visit records can include campaign, ad group and ad labels, keyword and network tags, general device category, and the intended and actual entry pages. A tab-specific attribution record in session storage carries the latest tagged arrival through navigation and expires after 30 minutes without activity. We compare the original source separately; we do not store raw advertising click IDs in these engagement records or identify the person behind an anonymous visit.
To count unique visitors, we store a random identifier in your browser’s local storage under the key hre_visitor_id. This identifier is generated at random, contains no personal information, and is not shared with third parties or linked to your name, email address, IP address, or any other personal data. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this website.
Analytics records are retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted.
